Crewsa is operated by an independent sole developer based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. This policy explains what the Crewsa iOS app collects, why, and what control you have. Questions: officialcrewsa@gmail.com.
Crewsa contains no advertising, no analytics or attribution software, and no crash-reporting software. We do not collect an advertising identifier, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Crewsa uses no artificial-intelligence or machine-learning service of any kind.
These companies act as our service providers and may only use the data to provide their service to us.
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your login, profile, profile photo and messages, and the photo and work samples on your listing; a camera operator’s listing is hidden and emptied down to the display name. Reviews you wrote keep their stars and words but are re-signed “Former user”. We keep records of completed, paid bookings in anonymised form, with your personal details stripped out, because payment and tax law requires us to retain transaction records.
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
Crewsa is for adults. It is not directed at children, and you must be 18 or older to create an account. If we learn that we hold information from someone under 18, we delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted by row-level security rules so that people can only read and write their own records. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
