Choose whether you are a creator or a camera operator, enter your name and your US mobile number, and enter the six-digit code we text you. An account is one side or the other. To use the other side, sign out and sign up again with a different number.
Open a camera operator from Discover, tap Book, then set the day, start time, number of hours, address, what you are filming and whose equipment is being used. Tap Pay & book to pay. Your booking appears under Bookings, and the operator sees it under Jobs.
Open Earnings and tap Set up payouts. This opens Stripe, which collects your identity and bank details directly and verifies them. Crewsa never sees your bank details. Once Stripe approves you, payouts for completed shoots go to your bank account. Crewsa keeps a 15% commission.
You can report a message, a review, a listing or a person. Use the “...” control in a chat, press and hold any message, the “...” on an operator’s profile, or the Report link on a review. The same sheet offers Block this person, which hides their messages and listing from you and stops them contacting you. Blocks are reversible under Me > Blocked accounts.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Every report is reviewed and acted on within 24 hours, and accounts that break the content policy are removed.
Open Me > Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. This is permanent. Your login, profile, profile photo and messages are deleted, along with the photo and work samples on your listing; a camera operator’s listing is hidden and emptied down to the display name. Reviews you wrote keep their stars and words but are re-signed “Former user”. Records of completed, paid bookings are kept in anonymised form, with your personal details stripped out, because we are required to retain payment records for tax and payment-dispute purposes.
Cancel from the booking screen. A scheduled booking cancelled before the shoot is refunded in full to your original payment method. An ASAP booking, where an operator is already on the way, keeps a $25 cancellation fee out of the refund. If a shoot did not go ahead as agreed, email officialcrewsa@gmail.com and we will resolve it.
